Service Procedures & Guidelines for Customers

  1. Make sure everything you want is itemized carefully in the written work order because that's the way it's going to be done

  2. Don't talk, don't try to help – when I'm not working I'm thinking... I don't need any help

  3. Don't ask to borrow my tools or ladder

  4. It costs you $ for me to clear all the junk out of lockers - box it and store it yourself

  5. Keep kids far away - ie, at home

  6. Don't rock the damn boat when I'm down below working

  7. Don't touch any switches or valves

  8. Don't ask questions when I'm working - especially bugging me about getting it finished sooner (ask all the questions you want at coffee or lunch or pre-arranged meetings)

  9. I get my own parts and tools as part of the job

  10. Payment is due immediately after inspection and presentation of invoice
